Article Processing Charge
Journal of Health Integrated Hospital Practices (JHIHp) is an open-access journal dedicated to ensuring that high-quality research is freely available to the global academic and professional community. To maintain our open-access model and support the costs associated with the publication process, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts that are accepted for publication.
- APC Amount
The Article Processing Charge (APC) for Journal of Health Integrated Hospital Practices (JHIHp) is Rp 200,000,- per accepted manuscript. This fee applies to all articles that have successfully undergone peer review and have been accepted for publication.
- When to Pay
Payment of the APC is only required after your manuscript has been accepted for publication. Authors will receive an official payment instruction email from the Editor, which will include all necessary details for completing the payment.
- What the APC Covers
The APC covers the costs of the following services:
- Double-blind peer review: Ensuring the scientific quality of your manuscript through a rigorous and independent peer review process.
- Copyediting and typesetting: Professional editing of your manuscript to meet the journal’s formatting and stylistic standards.
- Open-access publication: Making your article freely available to the public immediately upon publication, ensuring that it is accessible to researchers, practitioners, and the general public without any subscription fees.
- Indexing and archiving: Ensuring your article is indexed in key databases and archived for long-term access through systems like PKP-PN and Portico.
- How to Pay
Once your article has been accepted, the journal’s editorial office will send a detailed email with payment instructions, including the payment method and deadlines. Payments can be made through bank transfer, and all instructions will be provided clearly in the email.
- Waiver Policy
At this time Journal of Health Integrated Hospital Practices (JHIHp) does not have an official waiver or discount policy for the APC. However, authors are encouraged to reach out to the editorial office if they have specific funding or institutional constraints that may affect their ability to pay the APC.
- Refund Policy
As the APC is charged to cover the costs of services already rendered (including peer review, editing, and publication), refunds will not be provided once payment has been made and the article has been published.
- No Submission Fees
There are no fees for submitting a manuscript to Journal of Health Integrated Hospital Practices (JHIHp) Authors are only charged the APC after their article has passed peer review and has been accepted for publication.
